Admission policy

• Distribute admission forms (for PP class) latest by 11^th November.
• Conduct admission to PP class on 10^th December.
• The minimum age for admission to PP class is six years. However, depending on availability of seat age may be reduced to five and half years.
• Documents required for admission to PP class are:

1. Filled admission form (Annexure I)
2. Citizenship cards of parents
3. Parent’s appointment/transfer order for civil servants
4. Health card or birth certificate of the child.
5. Parents’ marriage certificate (optional)
6. Copy of family tree
7. School leaving certificate (transferred case)
8. Result or mark sheet (transferred case)
9. Health book (transfer case)
10. In case, the number of children seeking for admission are more than the seat  available in the school, the following order of priority  may be followed:

Priority 1:  Admission of children of inhabitants of the immediate Catchment Area/Geog and the

direct children of government employees and  license holder of business community.

Priority 2:  Admission of the children of inhabitants of other Gewogs of own Dzongkhag.

Priority 3:  Admission of the children of inhabitants of other Dzongkhag
